In Nottingham

Our Nottingham Advice Centre address is Archer House, Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AW. Our entrance is off Hounds Gate 100 yards from Marks and Spencer.

We are open from 9.30 till 5.00 every weekday except Wednesdays when we are open from 10.00 till 12 noon.

When you contact us your case will be assessed and if it is urgent we will normally advise you straight away.

Phone us

Our phone lines (0845 2414 515) are open from 9.30 till 5.00 every week day except Wednesday when we are open between 10:00 and 12:00. If our lines are busy or if you phone out of those hours you can leave a message on our answer machine and we’ll get back to you.
